• Nutcracker Suite Performance: Be spellbound by our competitive ballet dancers as they perform an enchanting selection from the beloved Nutcracker Suite. This captivating showcase promises to transport you into a world of holiday wonder.
• Creative Craft Stations: Dive into the holiday spirit at our three festive craft stations. Families and children can bond over creating charming Christmas crafts, perfect for taking home and adding a personal touch to your holiday decor.
• Magical Moments with Santa Claus: A highlight of the afternoon will be a visit from the jolly man himself – Santa Claus! Parents and children will have a wonderful opportunity to meet Santa, take memorable photos, and cherish these magical moments.
• Gifts from Santa: To add to the excitement, each child with a priced ticket will receive a special gift from Santa, a little token to remember this special day.
• Broadway Class Performances & Carol Sing-Along: Our talented Broadway class students will take the stage to perform festive songs, filling the air with holiday cheer. Then, join in as they lead a lively Carol Sing-Along, a perfect way for everyone to unite in song and celebration.
• A Party for the Whole Family: Open to all Studio families, siblings, and relatives, this party is a chance for our entire Class Act community to come together and celebrate the season. Whether you’re a performer or a guest, every attendee, adult or child, will need a ticket to join in the fun.
• Tickets & Exclusivity: Remember, spots are limited! With only 100 spaces available, be sure to secure your tickets quickly. Each ticket not only grants entry to this festive extravaganza but also includes a gift from Santa for the children.

Class Act Ho-Ho-Holiday Party Ticket Policy

🎟️ Ticket Purchase and Pricing

• Sale Period: Tickets are available for purchase from November 25th to December 14th or until tickets are sold out. 
• Pricing: Early Pass (until December 3rd): Children - $17.50 (includes a gift from Santa), Adults - $5.00.
• Late Pass (after December 3rd): Children - $20.00 (includes a gift from Santa), Adults - $7.50.
• Purchasing: Tickets are being sold online. Payment must be made at the time of booking.
• Requirements: All attendees are required to purchase a ticket. This includes children of all ages and adults. Infants 1-year-old and under are not required a ticket unless they want a gift from Santa. 

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Attendance and Capacity

• The event is open to all Studio families, including siblings and other family members.
• Due to space limitations, the event is capped at 100 attendees (including children and adults).

🎁 Children's Tickets and Gifts

• Children's tickets include a special gift from Santa.
• Children’s tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a child with a ticket cannot attend, the gift will be kept at the Studio for pick-up at a later date.

📸 Photo Opportunities

• All attendees will have the opportunity to take photos with Santa during the event.

📅 Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy

• Adult Tickets: Adult tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. If you wish to transfer your adult ticket to another person, please inform us by email (info@classactstudios.ca) at least 24 hours before the event.
• Children's Tickets: Children's tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a child with a ticket cannot attend, the gift will be kept at the Studio for pick-up at a later date. 
• Event Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by Class Act Studios due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued for all tickets.

⏰ Late Arrivals and No-Shows

• Late arrivals are welcome, but please note that certain activities may have already taken place.
• No refunds or exchanges will be given for no-shows or late arrivals.
