Taylor Raby has been teaching dance since the age of 17. She began dancing when she was 7 and quickly found a love for it! She trained for most of her life at Applause Dance Academy. Growing up she took Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Acro, Lyrical, and Contemporary. She absolutely loves working with her students and her classes are often filled with laughter and a whole lot of classic Disney music! As well as an instructor Taylor has had a successful dance career of her own. She has completed many examinations in Tap, Jazz and Ballet and is working on her CDTA Certification. She was an active member of the Balfour Dance Team during her 4 years in high school. Taylor has danced in the Moscow Ballet Great Russian Nutcracker for multiple years growing up as part of the youth cast (2009-2012) and had the opportunity to teach the young students for the production in 2013.
When Taylor isn’t at the studio she is teaching in her own classroom. She completed her Bachelor of Education in 2018 and is currently teaching in an elementary school in Regina Public.
