Empower is a teacher training program designed to support dancers interested in leadership and education. The program bridges the gap between being a dancer and becoming an instructor through structured learning and hands-on classroom experience.
Participants develop communication, responsibility, and problem-solving skills while gaining real teaching exposure. Empower supports dancers in building transferable skills that are valuable both within the studio and in future professional paths.
