
Trina Hollinger
Adult Ballet
Trina began dancing at the age of six and trained in ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, and contemporary. She began her dance training at Ritenburg Dance Studio in Regina, later continuing her studies more intensively under Ana Maria Campos at Class Act and completing all of her Royal Academy of Dance Examinations including Advanced 2. She has danced at numerous competitions in Saskatchewan and Canada, performed in many of Class Act's full length repertoire ballets, and has attended summer schools and workshops at the Banff Center, Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, and Quinte Ballet School. While completing her degree in Psychology and additional certification in Early Childhood Education, she also studied in the Royal Academy of Dance teacher training program. Trina is an accredited teacher of the Royal Academy of Dance and has taught the syllabus for more than 15 years, entering students in both graded and vocational exams. She regularly attends workshops and training and loves to further her knowledge of all things ballet! Most recently she has attended trainings in RAD syllabus work, Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) and myofascial release. Trina loves to share her passion for ballet with others, and is proud and grateful to be a long standing member of the Class Act family!
